U'ouls pnh rasa tdk beruntung pd bentuk fizikal u'ouls adalah tdk harus d fkirkn sgt krn perasaan tu akan mnjadi spt duri dlm daging.. u'ouls hrus jjur dgn diri sndiri bhawa tdk ada suatu pn yg perfect d dunia ni.. Jika u'ouls dlhirkn dgn kulit pteh brsih, hidung mancung, bbir mekar spt Angelina Jolie, u'ouls akan msh tdk puas hati dgn rambut yg kering & tdk lebat,atau gigi u'ouls yg sedikit pjg atau jari2 u'ouls yg pndek.. begitlh adany manusia selalu ada rasa kekurangan dlm diriny..

Jika u'ouls mengalami hal2 yg blh menyekat kejayaan u'ouls, cubalah mengubah segalany dgn kesungguhan, bkn dgn cara bedah plastik, tetapi dgn cara melupakan soal kekurangan u'ouls.. Jgnlah jadikan kekurangan u'ouls sebagai titian utk melemahkan terus semangat u'ouls.. Gunakanlh kelebihan pd diri u'ouls utk menutup kekurangan u'ouls.. 

Tonjolkanlh apa yg ada pd diri u'ouls melalui ruang yg tersedia, asyik memikirkn kekurangan diri u'ouls akan melemahkan semangat u'ouls..

Jika u'ouls sanggup menghargai diri sndiri, maka org lain juga akan menghargai u'ouls.. Mulai sekarang,hargailah diri sendiri, jgn tggu org lain mghargai u'ouls, jika peluang itu tdk tiba u'ouls akan menyesal seumur hidup.. percayalah..!

We have higher income, but less morals.. These are times with more liberty, but less joy.. With much more food, but less nutrition..

These are days in which two salaries come home, but divorces increase.. These are times of finer houses, but more broken homes..

That’s why I propose that as of today.. You don't keep anything for a special occasion, because every day that you live is a special occasion.. Search for knowledge, read more, sit on your front porch and admire the view without paying attention to the needs.. Pass more time with your family, eat your favorite food, visit the place you love.. Life is a chain of moments of enjoyment, it isn’t only survival..

Use your crystal goblets.. Don't save your best perfume.. use it every time you feel you want it.. Take out from your vocabulary phrases like, “One of these days” and “someday”.. Let’s write that letter we thought of writing “one of these days…”

Let’s tell our families and friends how much we love them.. Never pass up a chance at adding laughter and joy to your life.. Every day, hour, and minute are special.. Because you never know if it will be your last..

Sy ada seorg kwn yg 'Profesional Gilany'.. Kaki kutuk org.. Nak d jadikn cerita, 1 hr masa kami mkn d Food Court The Spring, adalh sepasang kekasih ni mkn selang semeja dgn kami. Wow..! Couple ni mmg secocok, bagai pinang d belah 2 sbb kedua-duany sma cntik & ncem.. 

Tp yg menghairankn kami, Couple ni, 'kaki melantak'.. Mcm x percaya.. 2 org mkn, tp pinggan atas meja, mcm 5kali 2 org mkn.. Kalo tgk saiz bdn mereka, ala2 iklan susu tambah berat badan kt dlm tv je.. X adalh besar mana tapi selera mkn blh tahan jugak.. Sy pandang kwn sy yg duduk d hadapan sy.. Dia snyum je mcm ada topik baru yg nk dperkatakn.. Sy dh fham benar dgn sikap dia tu.. Pantang ada pluang, mulalh dia.. 

Dia pn mulalh bercakap tntang pasangan sebelah kami.. "Badan kcik.. tp mkn byk x ingat.. Dia org bela hantu kea pe..??" Sy hanya tersnyum buat2 x dgr tp dia terus 'berpidato' & 'berbahas' dgn hujah2ny.. Dlm pd tgh mengumpat tentang couple tu, dia tiba2 jatuh dr kerusi.. Sy yg tgk buat2 xnmpak & cuba x gelak.. Kt situ punyalh ramai customers mklum lh hr sbtu.. 

Semua pandang ke arah kami.. Muka kwn sy dh merah padan krn teramat malu.. Dia cpt2 bgn & berlalu pergi.. Sy turut mengikuti.. Dgn selamba sy pn berkata, "Tu lah.. Lain kali jgn asyik ckp pasal org.. Sekarang tgk.. Tuhan bayar cash, x ada hutang2ny.." Selepas kejadian tu, kwn sy tu dh tak kutuk org lagi.. Apabila dia nk kutuk je, sy cepat2 ungkit cerita ni.. hee..

Hr ni sy nk ceta pasal Cinta lak.. ehe.. Dunia remaja, dunia penuh dgn cabaran & warna warni, sgguh beruntung kn kalau k0rang dpt menikmati alam remaja dgn sebaikny, tetpi hdup ini tdk selaluny indh, kcewa & hampa dlm hdup ssuatu yg hrus kta rasai.. 

Putus cinta itu terjd kalau k0rang bercinta. Orang tdk pnh merasa nikmat cinta tdk akn ptus cinta. Kt sini sy nk k0ngsi seddikit petua menghilangkn rasa kcewa & meringankn beban pnderitaan jiwa k0rang yg hampa.. Laa.. sy kerap kali kcewa smpaikn sy wat petua ni utk k0rang sma2 praktikn.. ehe.. Ok.. Sy bg 5 petua je k.. Nanti bg byk x leh nk senangkn hati pn.. ehe.. Jahatlh sy.. ehe.. Ok.. Jom bca petua2 sy yg x seberapa kesan ny.. Hee..

1. Korang seharusny menerima musibah itu sebagai sesuatu yg normal, krn setiap yg bermula itu akan berakhir, sedih adalh perasaan biasa krn korang dilanda kcewa..

2. Dlm keadaan kcewa yg begitu menekan, korang blh meluangkn masa utk shopping atau mkn angin..

3. Mengurungkn diri & merasa rendah diri krn gagal bercinta adalh langkah yg kurang bijak, krn mengamalkn sikap sedemikian akan memburukkn lg keadaan..

4. Mendengar muzik & berhibur bersama kwn2 1 jln utk menghilangkn kerunsingan & rasa frust yg begitu menekan..

5. Mencari kenalan baru adalah 1 sikap yg baik & sgt2 digalakkn, semoga dgn adany kenalan baru korang akan dpt melupakn sedikit peristiwa pahit korang..
